Irish trained runners (2-6-28) won the race 2005 and filled the first 3 positions in 2006 but have struggled more recently, failing to fill a place in any of the last 4 years (they were not represented in 2009).

Price
10 of 10 winners came from the first 3 in the betting but that was then this is now!
The longest priced winner since 2000 has been 15/2. many will be clinging to the old favourites and price will be backed down tomorrow

Good Evening.......I'm back from purgatory for a while....three months flat out and never a moment to look at any form......

Bob, great post, sorry to hear you have had family illness hope all is on the mend.

Can I put forward Midnight chase for whome I note:

Made all Chel 13/11 3m3 Super fit & never headed. Grand National prospect?

fits most of your criteria.....but would worry about speed ratings. I have a feeling that this race will be won by a horse none of us are expecting.

I'll look closely at the form and post more tomorrow.

Regards to all.

John
