Looked on the Visual Form Book Tipster challenge and Phillip put up Hills Of Aran 66/1 last night at Ludlow -Vfb showed it was on an incredibly low mark my notes - smashing horse for distance unlucky is all at fontwell taking on the wonder horse Lough derg and wont find many more like him 38K race 2m4f good
Was off a mark of 121 yesterday - he cruised into contention in this race and found a sustained response to cash in on a lenient mark and record his first win since June 2009. He is not certain to repeat the form but this should boost his confidence and he should have some further scope to move back up the ranks.
It sometimes pays to follow the tips - looked at the VFB see what its got (and it looked really good) and put 2 quidlets each way before settling into the armchair so thanks very much Phillip - made up for most of mine hitting the bar.
