Following on from a few ideas earlier I ran the following system for 3yo MR 2nd best plus and Best improvement.
Looks like a fertile hunting ground and I will refine the criteria and report back, any suggestions welcomed!
Based upon this (and they are not all 3yo!) Scoop 6 this week:
1. 2.00 Newb St Pierre
2. 2.45 Newm Clear Ice
3. 3.05 Newb Times Up
4. 3.20 Newm Lexis Hero
5. 3.30 Ripon Pepper Lane
6. 3.40 Newb Excelebration
Not expecting any cigars today though!

Two winners John - hope you will develop the system - top improvers did well it needs hours more study bring in last performance but even with that the draw had significant effect today that makes the winners come from at least VFB selections apart from the last race yet again
