GAMILATI may have arrived here a maiden, but she finished 5l clear of the rest when narrowly beaten by her stablemate Discourse last time, and her debut effort, when finishing in front of not only Albany winner Samitar but also Chesham third Self Centred and My Propeller, whom she re-opposed here, put her firmly in the picture. Always travelling well in midfield, she was going best when angled to the stands´ side to take the leader´ s measure and then stayed on well without being given anything like the full treatment to win a shade cosily.
