 this is the race for long shots off low weights and the one and only race have time for today.Only 2008 winner Gwanako has carried more than 10-12 to victory in recent times, 
 Some genuine animals and past recent form seems to favour animals who have jumped these fences and had come here from recent hdle runs. Peter Bowen has won it twice in the last ten years and last year Always Waining did us proud. ran off 128 and performed to 136 - runs off 134 today and gets in with only 10-04 on its back again enters the race having run three hdles races this term. Is a top of the ground horse  and there seems to be some juice but it will not inconvenience him.it has won 50% of its races right handed and with Tom Obrien on board today 
The Irish do well but Bowen yard will do for me in my only bet today and a solid each way chance.
 will put up the stas for the grand national as soon as I can
