Exeter 12.50 thoughts and trends 161210

Going is Described as good to soft !
Exeter does go quickly as you know and will suspect that going report. There is forecast rain so beware.
Agree the 12.50 is a decent lil race  but most have only ever run in bumpers
Lady Everywhere - bred for 3 miles - ran a decent bumper at font well and again at Haydock has the nick Williams and D Jacobs team -  will be better for hdle s bred from lady Felix is a  big mare will jump fences in time was my nap at Haydock went really well long term potential animal .39/1 and not fancied at the moment
Naughty Naughty has some style this track and has experience her second to Annimation reads very well (was under Mccoy that run) Dun See Dee was getting 6lbs that day and well beaten 13l
Catch the Rascal ran a very creditable race at Towcester 2m5f soft is out of Presenting went right down in the betting making a late run only to peter out under an apprentice (both green as grass) could have value for the place at big odds.
A superbe animal but a complete nut case Misstaysia and wonder of wonder Johnson still wants to ride it! dumped him at the start first bumper then tried it again at the second attempt - was making ground like a thing possessed only to run wide (very very wide!) and still ran on. that's well known to punters but the fact that Johnson stays with it means to me a bet in running
Silver Gypsy won by 22l at Uttoxeter left handed but was given an easy lead - mare by Luso does not have a lot of scope from the pictures and this track with its long runs to the first hdle will mean she does not get that lead today she completed in 4m.05secs which is pretty fast and she was given an easy time from the last bend -(Naughty naughty completed this track and distance 4m 48.6 sec which is a lot slower)

Now the trends can only give us 4 years but they are pretty significant - nothing carrying more than
10-12 ( 2 at 10-10 ) and one at  10-07 - prices 11/4 -4/1 -14/1 16/1  3 4yr olds and one 5 yr old
(ex flat last year) (ex bumper ) (3rd hdle in 2007) and (3rd hdle attempt 2006)

the one that fits the trends to a tee is Setters Princess 4 yr old currently 25/1 and any money would be major significance  10-10 with allowance third hdle (unseated here on first run at odds of 11/1) now stepped up in trip.Ex flat she went really well under this pilot at Lingfield in heavy ground beaten by that very good animal  L'accordaniste  who has come out again since at Cheltenham winning well again. Did all her best work late over 2m1f

Good luck in the race Martin am looking forwards to your thoughts - especially as your nap lurks in this lot

  Silver Gypsy all the way
