Tuesday 7th

Having spent an hour or more looking at the less than inspiring offering for tomorrow I managed to find a tip......I'm not sure Ill be putting money on it though......It's a MansWorld....in the 3.00pm at Southwell. It ran today at Southwell and was 2nd by 1/2 length. Looking back it won after a similar short time last year and the opposition is even less inspired than today.....Interesting to see AP winning on the AW today......

Hi JohnB,

I have been studying the cards for a good 3 hours and I like my Nap for yesterday, Tevez, also out after running yesterday. It's terrible racing though isn't it mate?

Hi Guys - just had a look and yep has ALL the blues John. Only thing negative is the draw - when it won at Carlisle after 1 day it was over 5flngs and the plumb draw that day And when it won here 7flngs (before yesterday run) was out of the 3 box. Has a bit to find and dropped back in trip and wide box did best work late yesterday over 8flngs out of the more favoured 1 box -
Good luck with your nap but so far am more happy to take you on with Scruffy Skip who is well in out of the 2 box and loves this track but will not be putting up a nap today

Unusual for you to 'stick' at just £10 up mate :) I don't blame you, because, even at this early stage in the month, everyone is playing catch up. You're a bit of a dab hand at winning the 10 weeks prize you little monkey. That said, you have deserved your wins. We do need a thaw in this weather to get some decent racing. It was something like minus 10 here last night and it was damned cold. Luckily (for me) we won the cricket within 90 minutes and I was able to have a relatively early night!

Off to the betfair poker site to play a tourny or two.....

Bless you Martin - am not sticking at £10 - there is no racing on as far as I am concerned.
Even if I wasnt at the top of the table you would not see a nap coming in from me -- The Exeter card 4 miler for C'monyouhammers was my the last race I had any real money on.
There are plenty of big price winners in decent races coming up all we need is a thaw - hoping for better things Chelt this weekend
I watched the cricket too really great stuff - went off to bed happy bunny

Terrible, Terrible! I'm not really putting any money on these horses.

Bob, the Trainer is a Southwell specialist, the Jockey a useful claimer and teh horse has been running at longer distances. David-Lee Priest points out that horses running <1 week have a strike rate of 27%.......so you pays your money....I wouldn't be putting my house on it though!

Its all academic any way - Southwell abandoned due to freezing fog.......

The Kindest thing that could happen mate good job too - though see Cornalba got the last race with a nice lil 4/1 shot Love Delta who shot home out of the gloom from last to first in spectacular fashion
