FAIRYHOUSE softWell at last it looks as if the Peterborough chase will get run having been called off twice - will stay with Deep Purple for the race based on the posts that have already put up - Hasn't run at Newbury except for one attempt on the flat but stays forever and likes this type of stiff fence - is close enough to the Wetherby fences orbital and ground - won this race last year off the same high mark. His run at Wetherby this year he was trying to give 10lbs to the likes of Nacarat and Thetotherone and was powering at the end of the race to get within 4l of the winner. Has the beating of this lot on all past meetings
Haven't much time to post today as am off out but want to be back for the race at 3.10
Good luck all

Thanks Bob, needed that going report.
My trading software advises me to back Deep Purple as it has received good money!
Deep Purple just did nothing and then crashed into and unseated - shame about poor old Twist magic having to be put down - as for Jacobs on Breedsbreeze only the unfitness of the horse cost him the race a superbe ride again from this guy and you can see him riding a great deal for Nichols in the future
I talked myself out of backing the winner when I was reviewing it for the blog. It was a shame about Twist and I felt kinda guilty having layed it. Hurricane Fly was a cracking bet yesterday !
