Frankel

Hey guys hope you had a good few days.

Worst month for me i think, for that reason im just gonna sit and enjoy the races for the next couple of weeks. Gonna analyse VFB after the races to try and find some trends in order to hopefully find some winners.

Was looking at it earlier and Green Howard stood out. Only went and won with no bet on him!

Know a few people who will be putting down three figure sums on Frankel tommorow, was hoping you could share your opinions on this race Bob. Really looking forward to watching this one. Will be interesting to see if the new whip rules could throw up a shock result (I.e Frankel loosing).

Personally i think he will storm it. Tempted too have a massive punt on this one. But shall resist, even though i will probably be kicking myself when it wins by 5+ lengths.

Excelebration was really impressive i thought last time and might give Frankel a better run for his money than previous races.

I also see Ladbrokes are offering 33/1 Sir Henry Cecil to overtake R.Hannon in the Flat Trainers Championship by 6pm on Saturday (15/10/11).

Hmmm.......

Hi mate
first off its not been the greatest month for betting for me either only lately have the winners started rolling in --- this time of the year the horses are racing for the feed money - we have said this year after year as profits drop in late September to middle of October are the worst months for Form
some decent wins some heavy losses..
As for today I do share the sentiments of Watching rather than punting hard - Frankel should win the rest daylight -- it will not be carrying any pennies from me.
There are plenty of races that will be betting mediums .
The idea of post race analysis is absolute the right thing to do (if you start off with the layouts that are proving decent pointers and take one race at a a time instead of scatter Gun Betting not only are the rewards better there is a nice warm glow.
Keep your powder dry, Select,
Highlight, Watch betting. write notes against the horses that impress you and Pounce when you have a handle on it.

Despite everything you will find putting up reasons for an animal to win on the blog-really does add to your tally - don't be afraid to say why you fancy (it if it trails in last you haven't done anything other than learn)
