The trial

oh dear - never mind Martin trading for the year is bound to take some knocks (pity it was day one) - you must have been trading like a dervish to stop the rot - let us know how you did at end of day?

First impressions from Day 1 are that the back bets did not fare well. It was a Saturday, however, and I was more than surprised that a couple more didn't win - that's racing! I managd to get matched early on with the place only horse and this helped things. My lay horses are my strong suit, but, a reasonable start (6% of bank approx profit- wouldn't mind that every day!)
