write up from narrowing the fleld - NTF to follow Sure to be a force on home soil (Ireland) this season, especially when he gets his favoured soft/heavy ground. As a 6yo there is sure to be plenty of improvement still to come and bearing in mind he is already rated 164 we could expect to see him pushing the 170 mark, which would put him right in the mix with some of the best around. Although yet to race
over 3m there is plenty of stamina in his pedigree and I envisage big improvement when
stepped up to that level. Despite tipping up at the last on his seasonal reappearance (had
the others well beat at the time) his strong suit is his jumping and if given a soft lead in
testing ground he could prove very hard to peg back.
Ideal conditions – Soft/Heavy | 2m4f+ chases | Fields of 9 runners or less
I think the staying power of my selection has been proven already and though you have to take note of Joncol who was withdrawn last time because the ground was too lively at Cheltenham I think he was trained to the minute for that race and has been let down before considering this one

you wont get many better winners than that Rubi Light in a different league today - Money from 22s right down to 8/1 for my Roi made it easy to get out but that was all that could be said -- 5/2 the winner was a brilliant price
