Today!

Oscar Papa (GB) sired by Presenting in the 1.10 Folkestone Beginners Chase 3m1f Class 4
is in the betting the RAG, but to me it seems without valid reason today.

His 2nd last perfromance in Kempton over Hurdles in a HS 4 was a really good one. Impressive sectional times at a really good pace and finished 2nd between Araldur OR 145 (Chase) and Buck Mulligan OR 130-145 (Chase) over 2m5f on good Ground.

Last time out in Newbury it was a really fast early pace combined with a mistake and the seasonal reappearance that pulled the horse up, but nevertheless the perfromance from 2nd LTO was impressive and enough to win this contest here. Looks like chaser from the makeup and applied strong early pressure and stayed on strongly during the whole race there.

My Nap today, Oscar Papa 11,5 BSP hopefully PSP 6,8

Ran well and just stopped halfway this bugger.

Hi Mate - thats a hard race and a good selection for the ground - have also looked at the race but find them all much of a muchness with very little between them so it has every chance dropped in grade - good luck to you cannot put up anything to beat you with confidence - There has been 20mm of rain overnight, so the going is now soft, heavy in places on the hurdles track and good on the chase track. Sunshine and showers are forecast, with wind speeds increasing to 25mph.

The fav won very easy LTO but very poor pace before, but still looks strong though, but will stay with my bet, as RAG proved at a strong pace against way higher rated animals worth a bet at this price. Also it was a similar field size and he went to the front strongly, will be a diff thing today fot the fav when Oscar Papa apllies this pressure.
