14.50 Lingfield

I have gone trough the videos and its really a tight race. There were several Kempton 2 miles videos were many of the contenders already raced.

First Avenue is in Top Form has all the chances and is suited by this track today.
But today there are several unpredictable scenarios that the punter has to take into account and this the good thing about the videos.

Ray Diamond has Mc Coy today booked and a downhill finish, that makes me think ? Ray Diamond is a horse that scoots aways early very fast and can leave several horses behind him easily, but his stamina is so weak, that in the end of the race he looses very fast ground.
So today I can imagine for this horse an all or nothing tactic from the front, because otherwise it cant win and today has a downhill finish which suits.

Several newcomers on the list and and I would immediately say Spiritual Art is not ready for this task from optical analysis.

Finch Flyer looked to me to weak in the end stages of the race.

I like Balerina and Drumshambo.

But the only possibility in this race set up is a BTL on Ray Diamond, with emphasis on the Lay!
Another angle is First Avenue a horse when arrives at the bridle is so extremely strong, that it nearly always places even if racing far off the pace. The performance against Pepe Simo and Nearby was very nice, the horse was racin off the pace going maximum and finished still like a train having tried before coming close to the pacesetters during the whole race.

Back to Lay Ray Diamond 6.2
Late Back of First Avenue 7+ if not totally off the pace Inrunning!

This is indeed a horrible race Rade and one I did not have any thoughts to back in ! First Avenue needs a strong Jock and has one in Aspell but will not like the cut in the ground and as to being suited by the track ummm

am watching for money for Drumshambo but will leave the race alone if nothing comes for it

I had just a Back of First Avenue at 5.0 after 3/4 of the race, but still satisfied mate.
