Wednesday Racing
I love racing at Wetherby and today the card, albeit a lot lower in numbers and class than usual, provides some good racing. In the 1.30 the Irish raider Sea of Thunder intrigues me with AP on board. Burnes (the trainer) has a good record with his occasional raiders, and although AP has ridden for him once in Ireland (unplaced) in the last 5 years, this horse has possibly the best form in the race. Won his maiden at thurles comfortably with the 5th franking the form recently.Luggers Hall is my selection for the 2.35, having run creditably in all four of its maidens (placed in 3). It hasn't seemed to see out the 2 miles, however, and it is early days to mark this 90 rated flat horse as a dodgepot, this is a good back to lay animal.

2.35 am intrigued with the runner from the Brian Ellison yard first time over hdles Musnad - saw it run on the flat and looks a big bugger with scope for hdles - good luck mate too many unknowns in the race for Bobs money
