that old chestnut Systems

Martin has intimated  I  "accept"  systems  and that dosage is proof of such acceptance.

Nothing could be further from the truth - of course Dosage is  NOT a system.

A system is pure and simply an organized and coordinated method.

A system  of analysis will result in specific outcomes If all  variables are identical to the variable which were part of the procedure you adopted to obtain the first result -- any departure from those variables will result in system failure.

A system is doomed to failure if all variables included do not concur with winning formulae  - there is a percentage that can be obtained of its success rate over a given period of time  and that percentage will remain constant  AS LONG AS THE VARIABLE CHANCE IS NOT PART OF THE SYSTEM.

what I do endorse is procedure and past form allied to all the factors , of which Dosage is one,of the game of chance I am engaged in.

I want all of the knowns on my side  and am prepared to back in less races as a result - but I don't have to rely on percentage success of a system  to make that successful.

I hope that clears the matter up

We will never agree on 'systems' Bob - so I am not going further into this conversation - I understand the logic behind doseage, but I have a database that allows me to judge what is capable of what and on what - what !! lol

Glad you're better .... I think lol
