Today there are a lot of top class races and funny enough have never completed the trends for the big race at Haydock where Imperial Commander  (won a cracker and looked really big and full of condition) gets back on the trail -  Funny old race really and he should have won it last year - was convinced he had actually ( yep backed it against Kauto star) runs only when really fresh and appalling record away from Cheltenham  but has all the class - only one shock in this race and that was Snoopy loopy 33/1 who won it when kauto made a big mistake 3 out - that horse is the star we know who won it three times out of four runnings - nearest profile horse to Snoopy has to be Chief Dan George who can jump these fences (and they take some jumping) Nacarat is a genuine stayer who I have marked down for a Grand national and attractively priced at 17/2 current has shown his best efforts right handed . Not really a betting race guys but should be a thriller.
 ok just a few thoughts - Presenting horses at Ascot with Chances today -
 12.20 Representing Celtic will do for me in this (squeezed up when making run finished third worth following ascot good run backed into 11/2)


1.30  Cinderella Rose  (Won well and how  backed into 8/1)  and Winsley hill for the place 


3.10  Woolcombe folly  (won well and easy backed to 7/2) also like the chances of Pickamus in this race too for Daly and a decent animal


others I like  1.15 Haydock another for Daly - My Moment (was in the process of running his best race for almost a year, but was beaten when taking a crashing fall at the last. He´s slipped to a very good mark, but it remains to be how this affects his confidence.)had a wind operation and Johnson Rides
2.20 haydock Dance Island has had a spin over hdls and cherry ripe(ran an absolute cracker in ground that had gone to soft finished second 14/1)


2.50 Haydock ---Hills Of Arran each/ way( did not get the front and that cost him - would have finished fourth but for getting to far behind again in ground that had gone much softer that he wants 33/1  ) this animal who has a touch of class and nothing in this race screams winner
