Cheers guys. Was giving Great Endeavour a couple of weeks ago by a mate who has a few "contacts" here and there. I don't ask where he gets the info, just grateful to recieve it. He said the horse was being set up for the paddy and hennesy and advised the double. Got a 150/1 ticket for its next race. Galaxy rock was also from this guy who said the horse was expected to "hack up". Confident words.
My mates looking at a 35k payout if his horse comes in tommorow.
The horse is Topolski - 2.20 Chelt

Its nice to have some infos like that from people who know their stuff well. To be honest I see it like you, that trainer fancy their own horses, but if you know a few guys who know what their doing and you hear out the confidence their words, than its a good thing, nevertheless do I think that not every trainer knows the other animals of a race perfectly well and just say my horse is good in shape, but if you find a trainer or stable stuff who know when their horses are perfectly fit and fit into a certain race knowing also about the other animals and decide to have a bet for themselves its a different thing to me. When you hear that out person to person its worth taking your chance as you said with a smile :)
And to Topolski, from my point of view is a horse that needs a run close up and than finsihes like a train online, i remember that I bet oin him last time, but the pace set up didnt suit reflected in the betting, buts nice to hear such words out of your mouth, if you know that Topolski is Top Class under certain pace conditions.
In your case I would keep that connection with that guy alive, as a result at these odds today isnt something out of the window luck, its a decent inside connection.
Topolski has a 0-0-4 on galloping track,if you know that guy ask him about that :) why he thinks that topolski runs good tomorrow? and why he was LTO so bad?
Hi fatality and welcome (from me at least) as I don't think we've had the pleasure of communicating online before. Inside info is something I take with a pinch of salt (you said so yourself in a manner of speaking) but when it pays off it's marvellous. Exceptional call with Galaxy and I hope the double comes up - 35k isn't to be sniffed at! At least I know which bookmaker the double isn't with! (I made enquiries lol. This guy certainly knows his stuff and good luck to him/her ... I take Rades point too, and my own at that, how many trainers believe there horse really is going to win a certain race - you can bet your bottom dollar its at least three...I have a suggestion, if you don't mind ... not being one to lisyen too much to 'gossip'it won't affect me, but if you do get what in your opinion is 'good info' could you let the lads on here know (once you've snapped up the good prices of course lol).Bob and I are of the same 'ilk (?)' - we've both been in the game far too long to listen to this and that, and we both rely on our own experiences and knowledge - Bobs older so he THINKS he knows more lol has more,lolol. I run a few subscription services (Bob hates what he calls tipsters) - that I am not - a tipster. I've been fortunate enough to have some mighty wins - Denman springs to mind - but there have been others - there have been some bloody big failures too, but all in all, do well. Cheers Martin. I always take info with a pinch of salt. They don't always win, as they tend to be value selections which on paper don't seem to have much chance. Obviously nice when they do win at these prices. The ante post double was not available at the time so I emailed paddy power who offered 150/1 just had to do it over the phone.
I will happily post any further info I get on here.
Trying to find out how strong the info is today. As all I got was the horses name which ain't much to go by.

In my opinion Topolski is to small to carry big weights and has no where near the class of Detroit City or Menorah so won't be carrying 11st12lb to victory.
