he runs 5 in it today and shows he means business again ---  two previous winners are there and  No Panic is in great form with Obrein taking the ride - take a look at Always Waining though - he has run well fresh and if you take his last run at Aintree at face value only has 4lbs to find (that was a group 1 race ) he won this 2 years ago but had been running more recently than this layoff

Bowen can get one out fresh - this is a typical market Rasen in running race  and though have taken a price on No Panic - he does have quite a bit to find

Always Waining has it all to do to win this but am playing him place market

of the others - well we layed all  Twiston yesterday at worcester to good effect - but its not the same today at one of his best tracks - would not be so bold with the probable favourite Grand Slam Hero  he won the summer plate around here on the same ground and he is def a good horse - just hope that the handicapper has got him at last! - am going to leave him for a win bet in running as he lolls around the back and comes off the bridle a couple of times in his race - have even managed to get hi at odds of 25s in the past !

 good luck today guys
