Todays Trainer To Follow

It could be a good day for W J Knight. WESTERN PEARL in the 3:10 Newmarket might be the horse that gives Harris Tweed the most to do. There is no doubting Harris Tweed is deserved favourite and most likely winner but with 8 runners in the field i feel there is e/w value in the race. At 14/1 i feel this animal is worth an e/w bet. It won in good style a couple of runs back and is still very lightly raced. Spencer takes the mount and it should make its presence felt with a bit of improvement. Interestingly WJ Knight is +£62.97 to level stakes with his 3 year olds hence the interest in the horse.

The other 3 year old he has running today is EOLITH in the 5:30 Newmarket. Very lightly raced , went unbeaten as a 2 year old winning 2 from 2. Excuses for its flop on its return and it was very well backed so there should be improvement to come and i feel the available 14/1 is well overpriced here.

"Interestingly WJ Knight is +£62.97 to level stakes with his 3 year olds hence the interest in the horse." Knight does not have a great stat for Newmarket Adrian does not match elsewhere -
last 5 yrs had 15% from 209 runners and is only the 7th best trainer in this race however is 1 from 4
runners this year Western Pearl though is a goodun - a brill pedigree out of the stayer High Chapperel ran on well over 1m4f on soft ground ---is one hell of a price - at the current 16s this one and Harris Tweed for me in a reverse forecast! wins on both
Good luck and thanks for the post

I am playing for a place mate, i had a big place bet!!8 runners , a perfect place race... Im not too worried about the newmarket form, 15% may not seem much but its not bad all the same. You also have to consider that this is an improving trainer and has had his best 2 seasons to date past 2 years
