self confession is good for the soul --- as you have nothing to doubt yourself about that would never have occurred to you. but have to say that your right i am not a layer except as the last resort ---(unless of course you have put a nap up and that always pays dividends)
Hope the appointments got good results yesterday and your up and chasing nurse -- not mine your own !
